Day 2 is all 90s revivalism bliss: your heroine has dinner with Grandaddy, gets all anthemic with the Stone Roses, gets gritty with the Afghan Whigs and takes in 9,877 more bands as part of Day 2 of Pukkelpop.
Day 3 and my final day at Sled Island Festival in Calgary. Today included Nardwuar talking about me on stage, meeting Andrew WK, stalking Thurston Moore from Sonic Youth and seeing Yamantaka//Sonic Titan, Terry Malts & Boris. Rock!

In which I check out The Knocks’ Flip Cup Tourney and Yacht Rock Revue, then get absolutely shitfaced drunk with Yuck and the Nervous Wreckords, continue that through the rest of the gigs including Sebadoh, then pass out naked in my bunk.
Indie rock diehards are twigging on to something Lou Barlow mentioned in his January newsletter: that recording NEW material with Sebadoh (the first in 13 years) will be a “DEFINITE” this year.
